Can I upgrade or downgrade a plan in the middle of my billing cycle?

Yes, you can upgrade as well as downgrade your plan in the middle of your billing cycle. In case of an upgrade, please head to https://pushalert.co/dashboard/upgrade and choose the plan you want. Any remaining balance in your subscription will be compensated in the upgrade.

In case of a downgrade, you will need to get in touch with us at least 7 days before the billing cycle ends. You don't need to worry about the remaining balance, it will be adjusted based on the downgraded plan chosen but there won't be any refund of the balance amount.
