Payment completed but it shows transaction failed on your site. How am I going to get my money back?

You don't need to worry about transaction failures. We will get notified of such failures and will update you with their status. But in case we are unable to reach you, or the transaction was never completed at our end, please do send us the ID of the failed transaction so that we can help you to resolve the case.
